We at UP have been working diligently to bring you a new, fun experience in fitness. Our goal is to give you a workout ‘above the rest’ focusing on flexibility, strength, and most importantly, fun UP in the air. Our moves are derived from Yoga, Pilates and the Aerial Arts. We invite you to swing, hang upside down, and use the comfort and support of our aerial hammocks to aid in body positioning and body alignment. We’ll show you cool moves such as cuddle pigeon, swinging hero pose, and floating pinwheel that will rock your body and mind!
