The mission of the Chicago Contemporary Circus Festival is two-fold: to educate the American circus artist by bringing them to the level required for competition internationally and to elevate the perception of and promote the artistic view of circus performance in America.
Aerial Animals is a family business based in Golden, Colorado. The business grew out of our daughter’s passion for circus and our expertise with ropes and rigging from our five-year sailing trip around the world. We make custom aerial apparatuses including trapeze, aerial straps and theme-based apparatus such as the “Aerial Bicycle” for the USA Pro Cycling Challenge. Aerial Animals is committed to the circus community by performing to help raise money for kid-related causes, local community events, donating the use of our rig to non-profit events and donating equipment to youth based-organizations including The Circus Project and The American Youth Circus Organization.
The Mission of Circus Center is to inspire passion for circus arts through training, performance, and community outreach.
Mendocino Center for Circus Arts (Circus MeCCA) is a 501c3 non-profit founded in 2008 to bring circus arts education and performance to children and adults in Northern California.
Philadelphia School of Circus Arts is a regional center of contemporary circus arts.
The School of Acrobatics & New Circus Arts (SANCA) believes that participation in a regular activity is an important component of human development. Mastery of physical skills builds self- esteem, while consistent interaction with staff and other students fosters cooperation, trust and develops social skills.
