From July 10-13, Circus Now lands in Montreal for a series of special events at Montreal Completement Cirque, the biggest, baddest circus festival in North America. CN@MCC will 4 days of shows, shindigs, talks, and tours, with the aim of giving American circus practitioners, professionals, and fans an inside look at the circus culture in Montreal, a world capital for the art.
In November of 2013, Circus Now began tracking our Allied Organizations in the US Circus Map Project. The map project is ongoing, and is a great way to build an open database of schools and performance groups. As we track the data gathered in this project we will begin to have the concrete evidence that everyone needs to start recognizing that circus is really going through an exciting new era!
